Transform Together, Inspire Change

The Yerukala Scheduled Tribes Employees Association (YEA) is committed to empowering our community through education, skill development, and cultural preservation.

Our Commitment

With a deep sense of responsibility towards our community, we founded the Yerukala Scheduled Tribes Employees Association (YEA) to empower, uplift, and give back to society.

We recognized the challenges faced by the Yerukala community—limited access to education, employment barriers, and underrepresentation in key sectors. With this commitment in our hearts, we came together to create a platform that fosters growth, provides opportunities, and strengthens our cultural identity.

Why We Found Yerukala Community?

  • To support and guide Yerukala youth in education, jobs, and career advancement.
  • To advocate for equal opportunities in employment and leadership roles.
  • To preserve and celebrate our rich heritage while embracing modern success.
  • To pay back to society by organizing welfare programs, mentorship initiatives, and community development projects.

Since 2016, through immense individual effort, the association has successfully gained 116 life members, each contributing ₹10,000. These contributions are exclusively used for the Pratibha Awards, which recognize outstanding students and provide cash prizes to those in need of encouragement.

Our Philosophy

For the upliftment of the Yerukala community, we focus on these three key principles:

engage

Perform

Encouraging individuals within the Yerukala community to actively engage in education, skill development, and economic activities. This includes excelling in jobs, businesses, and leadership roles to strengthen the community from within.

financial stability

Reform

Improving social and economic conditions by addressing issues like lack of education, unemployment, and discrimination. This can be done through poli16cy changes, government support, and community-driven initiatives that promote literacy, health, and financial stability.

Transform

Bringing about a long-term positive shift in the status and perception of the Yerukala community by fostering self-reliance, empowerment, and cultural pride. Transformation happens when education, technology, and opportunities create a generation that thrives in all aspects of life.
